When you buy a new product it comes with its normal 12 or 24
Month guarantee. Sometimes manufacturers have a FREE
five year parts guarantee, like Hotpoint, which can be
very usefull if there is something major wrong with your
appliance. However this could be a costly option if you
only need a minor part. If in doubt call us first 0500

filters, kinked hoses e.t.c. Check these first.
